Is it allowed to take Articaine during lactation?
Is it safe for a nursing mother and a child?

On latest update relevant data on breastfeeding was not found. Similar chemical structure to Lidocaine which is excreted into breast milk in minimal amount. Anesthetic drugs for topical use both dermatological and odontological have almost nil absorption when properly used.

I have had pain, numbness in teeth, face since injection in 2008. Told I have Trigeminal Neuropathic pain from injection. I also have trouble sleeping and exercising because of the fatigue and irregular heart beat this drug caused. This drug should be banned.
