The conclusion is made either on the basis of published information or on the basis of physical, chemical and pharmacokinetic characteristics. It's unsafe medicine; at reception it is necessary to estimate risks in case if the mother will take a medicine and will feed a baby and risks if she will not feed (negative influence - absence of breast milk for a child). It is advisable to replace with another medicine. If this is impossible, it is desirable to reduce the side effects, choosing dose, time of admission, age of the child. Mandatory monitoring of the child and mother during admission is required.
