It is an alpha-1-adrenergic blocking agent that is used for treatment of benign prostate hypertrophy and troubles with urine voiding as obstruction or lithiasis. At latest update, relevant published data on excretion into breast milk were not found. Because of its pharmacokinetics (moderately high molecular weight and high protein-binding capacity) excretion into breast milk in significant amount is unlikely.

    I started taking Omnic Ocas 0.4mg prolonged release tablets 2 weeks ago. The drug is good in changing the frequency of urination. But strange side effects happened to me. First off all is the death of my sex drive, sub-zero feelings. Secondly which is funniest, is the plastic erection and loss of stiffness. Finally, the sense of air ejaculation, nothing is coming out and no happy endings at all. I think my prostate has gone crazy because of this drug.

    I have used this drug for about 7 months. It has helped in the flow of my urination only. The frequent of using the bathroom at night is twice or once,provided I did not take any liquid beyond 7pm.It has not reduced my enlargement.The side effect for me sometimes is painful ejaculation,and return of sperm to my system,as well as dizziness.
