It has been substituted by newly developed hypnotic-sedative drugs. It makes no sense to prescribe it nowadays. Hypotony, sedation and skin rash in the infant has been reported. (It has appeared to cause rash, asthenia and apathy after daily ingestion of 5 g by the mother). It is not commercially available in Spain. |
