Ruscogenin, Esculin, Ephedrine, Phenylephrine, Calcium dobesilate and other substances. Because of harmlessness of these products and a proven low absorption, they are thought to be safe while breastfeeding. Consider avoiding use of those containing Ephedrine and Phenylephrine since they may cause tachycardia, palpitations and restlessness.
