I have been taking low dosage statins for years; but i have always felt their effects in my muscles. Recently, the dosage of simvastatin was increased to 30mg. My cholesterol dropped to 166. 100mg Q-10 in the AM and PM made a tremendous difference as to how my muscles felt. I was strong again. The muscles worked smoothly. I no longer felt like an 80 year old man in a 63 year old body. The dry cough i had for years was gone. the muscle cramps in my legs in the Am were gone. And emotionally, i feel better.
