I just found out about this. I have been researching online and I hope it is true that it works for anxiety and insomnia. I t seems to have a calming effect. I will report back in a month.

I take this medication for Acne and I have been taking it for years and my face has never been more clear and smooth. I love it. Nothing else worked for me and I hate taking antibiotics so this is a great remedy for Acne.

I heard this drug was good for arthritis, which I have. My vet also recommended niacinamide for my arthritic dog as well. I tried the 500 mg. Tablets, which were obviously way too strong for me. Within a couple of days of taking one pill per day, I began having leg cramps and considerable throbbing in one leg, in my calf. I thought I had a blood clot. Perhaps the dose was just too high for me.
