I use the PM version, which is applied once per day. It works but takes a long time.

Recommended by dermatologist for treating operation for skin cancer. First scar was about 3/4" long. Used mederma for 1 month and scar is gone. Just had another operation with a wound 1 1/2 " long. Trying mederma again. Has been about 2 weeks and scar is visible if you know where to look but appears to be going away very well except for small bump at one end.
