I have Irrital Bowel Syndrome. Pamine is very expensive & did not help w/diarhea. I later took Chlord/Clidi which is much cheaper. Along with this I was to take 2 Metamucil capsules each morning & 2 at bedtime. This is more effective for me than Pamine.

i have ulcerative colitis and this seems to calm the disease very effectivly
