As compared to three other hormone therapy drugs I have taken during since beinning treatment on May 9, 2003, this drug has produced by far the worst side effects, particularly severe, frequent hot flashes and extended periods of my legs feeling very heavy and weak. I did not have these problems while previously taking Zoloadex, Eligard, or Lupron and have demanded no further injections of this drug.

During a period of nine months while receiving this drug for hormone therapy (total androgen ablation) I have suffered mental mood swings/depression, frequent hot flashes that have often been severe enough to be debilitating, and significant loss of strength and stamina, particularly in my legs.
