I took one pill, exactly as directed. A few hours later, I was weak, sweating, having severe, very painful cramps, and sitting on the toilet vomiting into a trash can. These symptoms lasted for several hours. The weak feeling and watery bowels lasted for a couple days. Do not take, there is nothing gentle about this product.

As per the package directions, I took two tablets three hours ago (thinking that it would kick in when I got home from work). I just got up off of the floor of my office, where I was waiting for the pain to subside. "Gentle" is probably not the appropriate adjective to describe the way Correctol works.
